Merge TC as the main timeline with other subtitles

Positional arguments:
  input_TC.srt     Path to the TC_subtitles file (SRT format)
  input_Other_Subtitle.srt     Path to the Other_Subtitles file (SRT format)
  output.srt            Path to the output adjusted subtitles file (SRT format)

Options:
  -h, --help            To obtain detailed help information and other features options
  -d, --delete-bracketed
                        Delete subtitles enclosed in square brackets
  -log --log            Log file for recording detailed information on adjusting timecodes
